The Jones family has four levels of pastoral care. The first will be our board because they ultimately control the nonprofit and the Jones’ wellbeing. The second level of care is through Marketplace & Development Enterprises (MDE). MDE has provided business coaches and personal mentors for the last three years to help support the Jones family. Stephen and Charity meet with personal mentors regularly and have a care plan with MDE. The third tier of care is an advisory group of pastors and counselors that the Joneses meet with quarterly for advice and pastoral care. The fourth tier of care is through the supporting churches that the Jones family has to send reports about well-being and ministry progress.

The board is in control of allocating the finances of the organization. In addition, all supporting churches will receive a transparent yearly budget update. We will also have an independent accounting firm confirm our bookkeeping to ensure we are updated on necessary US tax laws.
In addition to the board's authority, Stephen and Charity have counselling clinical supervisors and personal mentors they meet with monthly. Stephen also connects with 4 American pastors quarterly and receives monthly business coaching through Marketplace & Development Enterprises (https://buildmde.com). -
